following along on the theme that I over planted in the vegetable garden, I find that I have a green red thumb for growing peppers. So many that I could keep a Mexican restaurant in business for a season, and now I have no idea what to do with them. I roasted them. I froze them. But then what?

Anyone want hundreds of peppers?
