I want to open up a cheese shop, but I can’t decide on the right name. Rip wants to make cheese, but I think I just want to be a cheesemonger. Part of our tour across Scotland and England will be in search of cheesemongery. We will taste our way north and south.  For now a favourite trip to a cheese shop where I don’t accrue airline miles, is Formaggio kitchen in Cambridge.
